of God's Healing Grace
In the midst of all this, I stumbled against the ‘Water’s Edge’ web site. I saw the healing prayer (Matthew 14:25-36). That evening, I sat in my bedroom and prayed this prayer. As I imagined myself in the boat, in a stormy sea and Jesus walking on the water, I reached out to him and asked him to hold me and take me to the shore. I told him that I want to go with him, wherever He leads me, to do whatever He wanted me to do. As I prayed this prayer, tears came out of my eyes but a strange peace descended on me. Peace knowing that He will lead me to a place of safety and joy; that He will give me contentment wherever it may be. The next day when I visited the doctor, he was amazed to find that my blood pressure had come down. -Miriam from Oakville Ontario "I got the opportunity to listen to your tape, At The Water's Edge. I was impressed by your emphasis on Jesus, prayer and the wonderful examples of the charismatic gift of knowledge. I hope God will continue to open up opportunities for you to minister." – Rev. Al Lauer of Presentation Ministries in Cincinnati OH (deceased) "Deacon Frank has given his retreat here three times. At our Anniversary Celebration he did a healing service. There were over 5000 people here that day. A woman came to witness that she had not been back to Church for 32 years. When she came out of the healing service, she said she went to Confession."– From Servants of Mary Center for Peace in Windsor OH "Positive fruit from your visit continues to come forth. People have approached me with witness to Jesus leading them from the 'waters edge', during your prayer and healing service, to places of need, healing and power in their own lives that they did not even know existed. Truly the Holy Spirit has gifted you to present this simple but powerful approach to Jesus touching others. – "Ministry to Catholic Charismatic Renewal in Toledo OH "The participants expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to talk with you about their individual experiences. I strongly recommend you ministry to those individuals on their journey seeking to meet the Lord through contemplation, reflection and prayer. Our prayers are with you and there is such a need for this prayer experience in today's hectic and uncertain world." – Loyola of the Lakes Jesuit Retreat House in Clinton OH National Shrine and Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, Euclid OH -- "Deacon Frank brought Christ into our midst--his calm, unassuming manner and presentation actually gave one a feeling that we were there near the water listening to Jesus! A great number of participants "rested in the Spirit"...others felt the healing touch of Christ...His warmth...His love. This is an experience not to be forgotten." – Sr. Mary Anastasia, OSST, Director "I thought when my son died of AIDS, that he was in eternal suffering in Hell, but during the prayer experience I saw my son on the shore standing next to Jesus and they both were smiling at me. I knew then he was in the arms of the Lord. You see, he died without me even knowing he had AIDS." – Mary, Cleveland "After the prayer experience you gave me a hug and said that the Lord was going to touch me in a very special way and give me the healing I desired…he did. I went to my doctor for my monthly tests and my terminal condition of Chrones Disease was rediagnosed as chronic. The doctor said I would not die at least of this particular disease. Please pray for my younger brother, now, he has been diagnosed also with this dread disease." – Johnny, Cleveland "My father had died of cancer and I never had the opportunity to say good-bye to him. When I saw Jesus come along the shore towards me he had the hood of his cloak over his head. As he got closer he looked up at me and his face changed to my father’s face. We sat on the shore and talked as only my father would. As he got up to leave he turned and said, "to tell mother (his wife) that he was OK." That really was my father there on the shore." – Paul, Cleveland "I didn’t know if Jesus loved me of late, any longer. I had been a Sister for over 20 years in a teaching order and was in deep depression. You see, my father died and never forgave me (and never talked to me while he was alive) about becoming a religious. When you began the watersedge prayer, I found myself in the backyard of my father’s home where I saw Jesus peeking from behind our big tree. He’d look at me and then hide again. He repeated this several times. You told me to tell Jesus how much I loved him. I couldn’t. I didn’t know if he loved me even after all these years as a religious. I thought I had a good prayer life…I took the step of faith like you said and told Jesus, "I love you very much Jesus. I love you. I love you." Then, the scene changed and I saw Jesus standing at our kitchen table behind my father. Dad said to me, "I’m sorry, dear. Please forgive me for not trusting in you and loving you. I’m so proud of you." I was moved to deep feelings of joy and a flood of tears. I couldn’t stop crying. My dad smiled at me, then left." – Sr. M, Cleveland (Religious) "You prayed with me and our family at the shrine healing service for our father who was suffering from a severe heart condition and kidney failure and his system was ‘shutting down’. Just to let your know that he has recovered completely and is doing well. Thank you for your prayers." – Jim and family, Cleveland "I found you online, just how I don’t know—I was just browsing and found your site. When your words came up and flashed across the screen -- LONELY, DEPRESSED, HURTING, IN NEED OF PRAYER? CONTACT ME. I did just that. I was suffering greatly with depression and loneliness—to the point of suicide. Your prayer for healing brought the love of Jesus back to me in a special way. Thank you." – Tom, Internet
