Deacon Frank O'Connell

Deacon Frank is director of AT THE WATER’S EDGE HEALING MINISTRY and has been a featured speaker and retreat leader for numerous parishes, youth groups, shrines retreat centers and renewal teams in the Cleveland Diocese and other areas of the country. Frank has developed and ministered a contemplative prayer and healing experience called AT THE WATER’S EDGE which has led to many spiritual, emotional and physical healings.

CLEVELAND DIOCESEAN ASSIGNMENT
Deacon Frank is a deacon in good standing and incardinated in the Diocese of Cleveland Ohio, USA. His official diocesan assignment is to the ST JOSEPH CHRISTIAN LIFE CENTER, (the diocesan retreat center) in Cleveland. Frank directs and develops various retreats and is the Director of Communications for @CENTER.

WATER’S EDGE HEALING MINISTRY
Now that this ministry is on the Internet, it is reaching the lost, the broken, the lonely, the hurting, and the depressed. Those, who are desperate for someone to bring the healing love of Christ to their world of darkness and despair. His ministry of prayer for healing touches those who are suffering from cancer and their caregivers. Those suffering the loss of a loved one. Those suffering physical and emotional disabilities and their caregivers.
